Your Flavour ship’s World Wide using DHL International Service because they offer the most affordable shipping rates for you, our customer. We offer free shipping Australia Wide on any order!

For International Shipping its $15 Flat on any Order Single Bottle or Combo Pack $15 Flat Rate will apply.

DHL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER'S OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA:

International orders that are sent via DHL 7-10 business days but can take up to 2 weeks due to customs and various other circumstances. Please keep this in mind before putting forward a complaint.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 4 days from the order received date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping cost and restocking fee ($10.00 - $20.00 per order ). All Items can only be returned if they are unopened or deemed damaged or defective to insure full credit. 

 

**** YOUR FLAVOUR PTY LTD is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information.

Returning an Item

•   Pack the unopened item securely in the package.

•   All Items can only be returned if they are unopened or deemed damaged or defective to insure full credit.

•   All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer (YOU). We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

•   For your protection, we recommend that you use Australia Post , FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
